Hotel Rooms
22 hotels totaling 18,000 new rooms are currently under development and will be completed between now and 2009. That will almost triple the city's current room inventory from 12,000 to 30,000 hotel rooms during the next 3 years.

The largest hotel in Macau currently is the newly renovated Hotel Lisboa featuring 932 rooms. In mid-2007 the Venetian will add a 3,000 room hotel within their Cotai development. Then in the first quarter of 2008, the Galaxy Mega Resort will add a second 3,000 room hotel to Macau's inventory.
