Sponsorship Opportunities


All Leadership Summit Sponsorships Include:

  • three nights room accommodations at the El Conquistador Resort
  • Biz-Net supplier/buyer table top session
  • all hosted meals and functions designed to foster networking opportunities
  • two days of destination recreation options or tournament golf
  • Sponsor recognition on I&MI Media Leadership Summit website
  • event promotion, onsite program and signage, and supplementary mailing worldwide

All sponsorships must include a travel/item auction award.

Platinum Host Sponsor: USD $7,500

Includes three supplier representatives and up to six qualified buyers with Platinum level sponsor recognition

Gold Host Sponsor: USD $5,000

Includes two supplier representatives and up to three qualified buyers with Gold level sponsor recognition

Gold Sports Bag Sponsorhip USD$1,000 (plus bag)

Includes two supplier representatives and up to three qualified buyers with Gold level sponsor recognition

Gold Golf Shirt Sponsorship USD$1,000 (plus shirt)

Includes two supplier representatives and up to three qualified buyers with Gold level sponsor recognition

Silver Team Sponsorship USD$3,500

Includes one supplier representatives and up to three qualified buyers with Silver sponsor recognition

Silver Recreation Sponsorship USD$3,000

Includes one supplier representatives and up to two qualified buyers with Silver sponsor recognition (note non-golfer slot for host)

Bronze Tee-box Sponsorship USD$2,500

Includes one supplier representatives and one qualified buyer with Bronze sponsor recognition (note non-golfer slot for host). Signage on assigned tee-box each day; sponsor to provide give-away on hole (gift or F&B)

Copper Hospitality room Sponsorship USD$2,000

Includes one supplier representatives and one qualified buyer with Copper sponsor recognition (note non-golfer slot for host). Also includes signage on assigned day in Hospitality Room (F&B cost to sponsor approx $500)

Copper Beverage Cart Sponsorship USD$1,500

Includes one supplier representatives and one qualified buyer with Copper sponsor recognition (note non-golfer slot for host). Also includes signage on assigned day on cart (F&B cost to sponsor)

Amenity Sponsorship

Room turndown gifts, golf cart gifts and hole prizes open to all sponsors to be coordinated and approved in advance with The Opus Group. Attendance is not guaranteed by the providing of gifts, this is subject to the value of services provided. However, sponsoring companies will receive recognition in the onsite sponsorship information and program.

Non-Attendee Auction Donation

You have the opportunity to promote your organization’s travel product to this high level group of customers and industry professionals. Even if you cannot attend, your donation of a travel package or merchandise to the auction will help support the important work of UNESCO’s World Heritage Fund.
