The Event

The I&MI Media Leadership Summit is an annual destination showcase event is designed to reflect I&MI Media’s global MICE focus bringing international buyers and suppliers together for a three night long weekend of business networking, destination experiences and camaraderie with the unique opportunity to preview world-class hotels, unique offsite venues, DMCs, destination specific tours and activities and be updated on a top incentive and international meeting destination for motivational meetings and incentive programs.

Hosted Buyers

Qualified Buyers will be invited to attend a fully sponsored program and interact with sponsor-supplier executives from all over the world. (hotel companies, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, DMCs, OTOs, CVB’s, etc). Guests have the opportunity to be updated on this important incentive and meetings destination.

The Program & What’s Included

Both sponsors and qualified buyers will be the hosted guests of the destination sponsors and host hotel for three nights accommodations at the El Conquistador Resort & Golden Door Spa, social networking functions, a supplier-sponsor Biz-Net session, breakfasts, luncheons, and magnificent evening receptions and theme dinners in unique settings. Also included will be a choice of destination tours and activities including historic and adventure excursions, and other select experiences showcasing Puerto Rico. Discounted air will be available through our partner carriers American Airlines and Continental Airlines.

The El Conquistador Resort & Golden Door Spa

A majestic setting located at the point where the Caribbean and Atlantic merge in turquoise splendor. The resort is situated on a 300 foot bluff on the northeast tip of Puerto Rico, the resort features breathtaking views of the expansive Caribbean sea.
